Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before arrival, unless the booking is subject to additional conditions.

Peak dates require full prepayment at the time of booking. Cancellations for peak-date bookings are permitted up to 7 days before arrival, unless the booking is subject to additional conditions.

Peak dates include long weekends, school holidays, Easter, Christmas, and prescribed local or special events.

Cancellations made after the applicable deadline result in forfeiture of the total payment.

Promotional or campaign rates may be non-refundable when this is stated in the rate details.

No refund is provided for a late arrival, early departure or unused nights.
