  • Driving

    From the Bruce Highway at Proserpine, follow the signs to Airlie Beach and on to Shute Harbour Road for about 20 kilometres. Once you hit the main street, it's another 2 kilometres towards Shute Harbour, look for us 300 metres past the IGA.

  • Flying in

    Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine has daily flights from every major capital, with the Whitsunday Transit shuttle running straight to reception. Flying into Hamilton Island? Fantasea and Cruise Whitsundays ferries connect you to Airlie Beach.

  • Bus and bike

    The Whitsunday Transit bus runs Shute Harbour Road seven days a week at roughly 20-minute intervals. Prefer to walk? Airlie Beach is about 20 minutes on foot down Shute Harbour Road. Bike rentals are also available.

  • Parking

    Parking is available on site. Bringing a boat or caravan? Let us know ahead of time, space is tight.

  • Arrival hours

    Reception is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and weekends, 8:30am to 4pm. Arriving later than that? Just let us know on the day
